What You'll Learn

A Curriculum Built Around Real Production AI

We've stripped away the academic fluff. Every module ends with a working artifact — a notebook, a pipeline, a deployed service — not a multiple-choice quiz.

AI & ML Fundamentals

Linear algebra refresher, supervised & unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and the engineering mindset behind modern AI systems.

LLM Engineering

Prompting, function calling, structured outputs, fine-tuning, and building evaluation harnesses you'd actually trust in production.

RAG & Vector Search

Embeddings, chunking strategies, hybrid retrieval, re-ranking, and evaluating answer quality on your own enterprise corpus.

Agents & Multi-step Reasoning

Tool use, planning, memory, and the failure modes nobody talks about in agent demos. Build something that survives day-2 in production.

MLOps & LLM-Ops

CI/CD for models, experiment tracking, monitoring drift, regression testing prompts, and managing cost & latency at scale.

Computer Vision

YOLO & modern detectors, segmentation, OCR, video analytics, and edge deployment on Jetson and other constrained hardware.

Full-Stack AI Deployment

API design, containerization, GPU scheduling, and shipping an AI feature end-to-end on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Responsible & Safe AI

Bias audits, prompt-injection defenses, data privacy, and the policy & compliance lens that regulated industries demand.

Who Is This For

Three Audiences. One Standard of Rigor.

🎓

Fresh Graduates

Final-year students and recent graduates from CS, ECE, math, and adjacent fields who want a fast, structured on-ramp into modern AI engineering — with portfolio projects and career support.

  • Portfolio-grade capstone projects
  • Resume & interview prep included
  • Scholarships for top applicants
💼

Working Professionals

Software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and tech leads adding GenAI/LLM capability to their existing skillset — without quitting their day job.

  • Evening & weekend cohorts
  • Project-based, not lecture-heavy
  • Live + recorded for flexibility
🏢

Enterprise Teams

Innovation, engineering, and data leaders who need their entire team aligned on AI capability — fast — and want training tied to a real internal use case, not generic slides.

  • On-site or virtual delivery worldwide
  • Customized to your stack & data
  • Capstone on a real business problem
Our Approach

How We Deliver Outcomes

Training that sticks doesn't come from slides. It comes from solving a real problem, with a mentor watching every step.

1

Assess

Skill-gap survey, current-state interview, and goal alignment for individuals or teams.

2

Customize

Curriculum tuned to your stack, data, industry, and the outcomes you need to hit.

3

Train

Live labs, paired programming, and code reviews — not passive lectures.

4

Build

A capstone project on a real use case, shipped to a working environment.

5

Certify

Skills assessment, public certificate, and an executive readout for sponsors.

Faculty

Taught by Practitioners, Not Lecturers

Every instructor ships production AI for a living. They bring the scars — and the playbooks — of having done this for real clients.

FAQ

Common Questions

How are corporate bootcamps customized to our company?+
We start with a discovery call to understand your tech stack, target use case, and team's current skill level. The curriculum, labs, and capstone are then tailored — so a fintech team and a manufacturing team don't get the same generic course. Most bootcamps run 2–4 weeks and end with a working artifact your team owns.
What's the time commitment for the GenAI & LLM track?+
The part-time track runs 8 weeks. Plan on roughly 8–10 hours per week — two live sessions plus 4–6 hours of project work. All sessions are recorded, and we keep an active community channel for between-session questions.
Do you offer scholarships for the 1:1 mentoring program?+
Yes. A limited number of scholarship slots are reserved each cohort for students and early-career engineers from underrepresented backgrounds or with strong portfolio work. Applications include a short brief about your background, what you've built, and what you're trying to learn.
Can the training be delivered on-site?+
Absolutely — for enterprise cohorts we deliver on-site across India, the US, the UAE, and parts of Southeast Asia. We also run hybrid and fully remote cohorts for distributed teams.
Will learners receive a certificate?+
Yes. Every learner who completes the program and capstone receives a Znorm AI completion certificate. For corporate cohorts, we also share a team-level outcomes report and a private executive readout for sponsors.
How does pricing work?+
Corporate bootcamps are quoted per cohort and depend on size, duration, and customization. The GenAI & LLM track and 1:1 mentoring are priced per learner with cohort and early-bird discounts. Reach out and we'll share a current rate card aligned to your situation.
